If your order gets seized, please follow these steps:

1. Obtain the Customs Letter: You will receive the customs seizure letter via email.

2. Send Us the Letter: Forward the customs letter to our support team by emailing it to [email protected].

Without the customs letter, we will not be able to reship your order.
